Fit conversation
Confirm estimate volume, project value, customer history, capacity, and current ownership. No system access is required.
For landscape design/build companies
Landscape Revenue Recovery turns unresolved estimates and appropriate past-customer records into a managed, owner-approved follow-up process—inside the software you already use.
Some estimates are still viable but have no scheduled next action.
Some need a clear delayed, declined, or unsuitable outcome.
Past customers may have relevant seasonal or project opportunities.
Software can store records and send reminders; a person still needs to decide what is eligible, own replies, and record the outcome.
If your team already handles every estimate consistently, you may not need this service.
What I manage
Separate credible opportunities from dead, unsuitable, or restricted records.
Give every eligible estimate a next action and human owner.
Use owner-approved messages and route customer questions to the team.
Capture accepted, delayed, declined, and unsuitable outcomes.
Show management what moved and what still needs action.
What stays human
Your team approves messages and handles pricing, questions, objections, and closing. I do not use an autonomous agent to negotiate with customers or pretend to be a salesperson.
The initial service is deliberately simple: organized records, approved messages, named ownership, human replies, and visible outcomes.

The audit credit applies to setup. Total spend including the audit is $3,750.
Software, messaging, and approved third-party costs are separate.
Who runs it
You work with me directly, from the audit through weekly reporting.

No. Segments, timing, and messages are approved, and customer questions go to a person.
