Hi, I’m Collin. I design, deploy, and troubleshoot what an AI workflow depends on: APIs, data access, authentication, automation, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and recovery.

I lead development for a company that sells AI voice assistants, now handling about 1,000 calls a week. I own the integrations, data access, deployment, and reliability work around them.

Marketing and revenue operations
For a marketing agency I run campaign workflows, a client portal used by 32 client companies, reporting, and lead management.

Ongoing system maintenance
I oversee more than 50 live workflows and systems across my clients. When something breaks, slows down, or starts costing more than it should, I am the one who finds it and fixes it.
